Cancellation & Refund

1. From the booking date till 30 days prior to the arrival date, 30 % of the package cost is chargeable.
2. From 30 days to 15 days prior to the arrival date, 50 % of the package cost is chargeable.
3. From 15 days to 7 days prior to arrival date, 75 % of the package cost is chargeable.
4. For cancellations made within 5 days prior to the arrival date, 100% of the package cost is chargeable.
5. In case of advance amount which is transferred and required as a security deposit is not refunded. Although a credit note for that amount is given which is valid for one year.
