Cost Inclusions

11. Child below 05 year is free & above 05 year will be chargeable.

Cost Exclusions

1. Expenses of personal nature such as tips, laundry, telephone & table Drinks etc.
2. Any kind of Insurance/Airfare/Trainfare.
3. Internal Airfare.
4. Garden entrance fee.
5. Pony Ride in Gulmarg/Pahalgam/Sonamarg/Doodpathri.
6. Cable Car rides in Gulmarg.
7. Guide Charges

Tour Notes

1. All passengers have to report 02 hours prior to the departure due to security checking at the airport
2. No hand baggage will be allowed to carry inside the aircraft due to security reasons. Only Jewellery and laptops will be allowed for cabin baggage.

3. We cannot pay any compensation, reimburse expenses, or cover losses for any amount or otherwise accept responsibility, if as a result of circumstances beyond our control, we have to change your Holiday after booking, or we, cannot supply your Holiday, as we had agreed, or you suffer any loss or damage of any description. When we refer to circumstances beyond our control, we mean any event that we could not foresee or avoid, even after taking all reasonable care. Such circumstances will usually include, but are not limited to, war, threat of war, airport closures, epidemic, natural or nuclear disaster, terrorist activity, civil unrest, industrial dispute, bad weather.

Covid Protocol

1. Travelers with both vaccine shots will not be asked to show PCR reports at entry points in tourist areas.

Extra Expenses

1. Lunch charges approx. Rs. 300/Lunch/Person in local restaurant.
2. Snow Jeep for (13kms) if required in winters when the road from Tangmarg to Gulmarg remains closed for regular vehicles due the slippery road conditions, Charges for Snow Jackets, Snow Shoes anywhere in Kashmir.
3. Cable Car ride in Gulmarg Rs. 800/Person upto the phase one & Rs. 1800/Person upto the phase second.
4. Horse/Sledge Ride in Gulmarg, Pahalgam & Sonamarg Rs. 300 – 400/Hour/Point/Person.
5. Garden entrance fees Rs. 20/Person/Garden.
6. Trip to Aru & Beetab Valley in Pahalgam Rs. 850 per place for 1 1⁄2 hour at each place.
7. Supplement cost for car from Jammu to Srinagar if required Rs. 1000 per day.
